Job summary

Zinfra-Group in Sydney is seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator on a 12-month maximum-term contract to support customers and field crews with a seamless service experience.

You'll schedule metering maintenance, handle inquiries via phone and email, confirm access, maintain records and liaise with crews and internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or Power BI experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate metering maintenance appointments.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Confirm access requirements and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate work order and customer records.
• Liaise with field crews and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up outstanding jobs to support positive customer outcomes.
