Job summary

Zinfra is seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Leader based in ACT to lead a team of four schedulers responsible for coordinating field crews across maintenance, construction, metering and high-pressure gas works. You will partner with field leaders and stakeholders to ensure daily planning, scheduling, dispatch and safe delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, mentoring or coaching teams within an operational environment.
• Scheduling, workforce planning, resource coordination or related operational experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence positive change.
• Experience within utilities, infrastructure, field services, maintenance, construction or similar operational industries.
• Experience coordinating field-based workforces and using workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four schedulers.
• Coordinate and optimise field resources across maintenance, construction and metering programs.
• Ensure effective daily planning, scheduling, dispatch and completion of work.
• Build strong working relationships with field leaders and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and service delivery.
• Assist with short and medium-term workforce and resource planning.
