Siemens AG in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Digital Industries Service Execution team. You’ll be the first touch for customers, coordinate scheduling, raise service and sales orders, and ensure engineers have what they need to deliver.

Responsabilités

Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing incoming calls and ensuring interactions are professional and positive.
Monitoring shared mailboxes, triaging enquiries and directing requests to the right people.
Raising support requests and creating service and sales orders accurately.
Coordinating service schedules by booking engineers to customer sites and managing scheduling changes.
Ensuring engineers have all information and site-readiness requirements before attendance.
