Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator at Old Guildford for a 12-month maximum-term contract. You will bridge customers, field crews and internal teams to schedule metering appointments, handle enquiries and ensure timely service delivery.

The role emphasises organisation, communication and problem-solving, with hybrid working options where appropriate and a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience in the energy and utilities sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or Power BI experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate metering maintenance appointments.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Confirm access requirements and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate work order and customer records.
• Liaise with field crews and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up outstanding jobs to support positive customer outcomes.
