Job summary

EML Group in Sydney is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, liaising with injured workers, their employers, and health professionals. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 2 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

You will build strong relationships, design personalised treatment and recovery plans, and work with internal specialists to help

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in medical, hospitality, retail or corporate settings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Creativity, curiosity and initiative in stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of physical and psychological injury claims.
• Build empathetic relationships with injured workers, employers and practitioners.
• Implement proactive strategies to support timely recovery and return-to-work.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design recovery plans.
• Navigate challenging conversations with confidence and resilience.
