Job summary

Allens is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology-enabled business solutions in Sydney or Melbourne. You will partner with stakeholders to drive readiness, change and adoption outcomes, manage scope, budgets and schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

You will contribute to governance, security and delivery standards while reporting status to sponsors and senior leaders. A hybrid work arrangement is available with a focus on collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology implementations with business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk/issue tracking, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to partner with legal, risk and security teams to ensure governance and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled business solutions from initiation to deployment.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies with clear plans in Jira.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and partners to deliver implementations with minimal disruption.
• Drive business readiness and adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement.
