Job summary

Sharp and Carter seeks a proactive Change Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation in Australia. You will work closely with the Change Manager and delivery teams to understand change impacts and translate technology change into practical outcomes for business areas and users.

You will contribute to change communications, stakeholder updates and materials, while coordinating activities across several concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Change Analyst or similar in technology/projects.
• Ability to translate complex change into clear communications for varied audiences.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, delivery-focused, and collaborative in multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact assessments for new technologies, processes and capabilities.
• Develop clear change communications and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with delivery of change activities across concurrent projects.
• Engage stakeholders and help business areas understand upcoming changes and implications.
• Create branding and communication materials aligned with program standards.
• Coordinate change activities with Change Manager, PMs and delivery teams.
• Communicate project progress and milestones across the program.
• Contribute ideas to improve change processes and delivery effectiveness.
