Job summary

O'Brien in Australia is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team, driving readiness and adoption across a major ERP implementation. You will work with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs to ensure a successful rollout.

You will develop change plans, coordinate activities, create communications, and track readiness and adoption metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs to drive readiness and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments and support development of change plans.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams and develop communications and resources.
• Support stakeholder engagement workshops and feedback sessions.
• Track readiness, adoption metrics, risks and reporting to guide decision-making.
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement within the transformation program.
