Minter Ellison in Sydney is seeking a Business Development Coordinator – Centre of Excellence to join our team in Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements available. You will contribute to proposals, research, marketing and client engagement initiatives, building skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of clients, industries and BD activities, with opportunities to work on tenders and strategic initiatives while developing content and tools

Responsabilités

• Support preparation of tenders, proposals, capability statements and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct client, industry and market research to inform proposals and account planning.
• Coordinate business development and marketing projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Support priority client, industry and service-line plans and collaboration across teams.
• Develop clear, relevant marketing and presentation materials showcasing the firm’s expertise.
• Maintain reusable content, templates and resources for efficient delivery.
• Track activity and outcomes to identify improvements and impact.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver responsive, high-quality support.
