You will qualify leads, manage CRM records, and hand off to the Business Development Manager as opportunities mature. The role offers a clear pathway to progression within a not-for-profit, member-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing or sales support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident phone and written outreach.
• Strong CRM literacy.
• Willingness to be coached and pursue a sales career.
• Experience in education, membership, association or professional services is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead warming through outbound calls and emails with LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for further sales conversations.
• Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager.
• Maintain CRM records and support forecasting.
• Triage inbound enquiries and route to self-serve or escalate.
• Shadow BD Manager to build closing capability.
• Progressively take more sales-facing work as capability develops.
