Job summary

The Crowd in Sydney is seeking a commercially minded Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join their Sydney studio. You will work closely with the Asia Pacific leadership team to drive business development activity across the region, coordinating campaigns, events, submissions and marketing initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Previous BD/marketing experience in the built environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a genuine interest in business development.
• Confident at building relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable, willing to contribute.
• Experience using CRM, MS Office and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business development strategies and win-work initiatives
• Coordinate targeted BD campaigns, market research, and client engagement
• Organise regional BD meetings, networking events, and client functions
• Prepare marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, and content for brochures, the website and social media
• Coordinate strategic B2B meetings, including research, briefing materials and supporting documentation
• Manage and maintain CRM data with business development activity and client information
• Work closely with the central Marketing & Communications team to deliver regional collateral, award submissions, publicity opportunities, and thought leadership content
• Champion regional projects, people and achievements to help raise the profile of the Asia Pacific business
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to encourage collaboration and support business development activity across the practice
