National Credit Insurance (Brokers) Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter) to drive outbound prospecting and book high‑quality appointments across Australia. You will work with the Head of Marketing to identify opportunities and contribute to a generous uncapped bonus structure.

The role supports hybrid working across major Australian cities, with a focus on delivering revenue opportunities and CRM‑driven performance.

Competenze

Demonstrated cold‑calling experience in a phone based B2B setting.
A confident phone manner and the drive to consistently meet KPIs.
A passion for sales and a self‑motivated, results‑oriented approach.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to quickly grasp complex information and explain it clearly (financial acumen is a big plus).
Resilience, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM software (highly regarded).

Mansioni

Making outbound calls to qualified prospects to schedule meetings for the sales team.
Conducting targeted market research to uncover new business opportunities.
Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM (Pipedrive).
Completing follow‑up tasks, including reporting on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.
