Job summary

Norwest Recruitment is seeking a confident Appointment Setter to join our national sales team at our Norwest office. You’ll speak with prospective business customers, qualify opportunities and book appointments for Sales Executives, with full training provided.

The role is Monday to Friday, onsite in Norwest, with a base salary of $70,000 plus super and uncapped commission. You’ll work in a supportive team environment and have ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Comfort with phone conversations and maintaining daily activity.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and targets.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments for Sales Executives.
• Cold call prospective business customers to generate interest.
• Qualify opportunities and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate by location.
