Brixel Property Partners on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Appointment Setter to drive qualified calendars from a remote setup. This role blends outbound and inbound calls, qualifying prospects and booking meetings with our Sales Strategists, all while you work to clear targets with autonomy.

You’ll need proven appointment-setting or phone-sales experience, excellent phone presence, and discipline to manage your day from a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or phone sales.
• Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivation. You manage your own day without someone watching over you.
• A reliable computer, stable internet and a quiet, dedicated space to work from.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling - generating interest from enquiries.
• Calling warm and new leads provided by the business.
• Running structured conversations to identify suitable prospects.
• Booking qualified appointments for the Sales team.
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Hitting daily and weekly booking targets.
