Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Australia to support internal business systems, troubleshoot user issues, and manage diverse SaaS tools. The role emphasizes improving workflows, system usability, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day support, system administration, and participate in improvement projects, while maintaining documentation and helping evolve business system requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms or internal systems in a service desk or application support role.
• Strong troubleshooting across application issues, user access, data and workflow errors.
• Comfortable learning and supporting a diverse range of business applications.
• Experience with listed platforms (ConnectWise, Quosal, Enboarder, HubSpot, DeskDirector, N-able, QBO, BambooHR, ScalePad, SmileBack, Workable, Zapier, Wise-Sync, Lusha, VisualCare, ShiftCare) is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support for CT’s internal business applications, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Investigate errors, access issues, workflow problems and basic integrations, escalating when needed.
• Support and administer a portfolio of SaaS and business apps; perform configuration and user administration.
