Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the Transitions team in Australia. You will provide first-level IT support for hardware, software and network issues, handling calls, emails and tickets with a focus on timely resolutions.

You will document processes, share knowledge, and mentor juniors while maintaining strong user rapport and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with IT service desk software and ticketing systems.
• Exposure to networking fundamentals and modern application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to investigate and resolve end user issues.
• Triage inbound calls and tickets and escalate to senior teams when necessary.
• Manage end user accounts and devices across modern platforms
• Create documentation and updating internal knowledge base.
• Develop strong rapport with end users during each engagement via email and phone.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
