Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the Transitions team in Australia. You will provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and manage end-user accounts and devices.

You will create and update documentation, contribute to knowledge bases, and build rapport with users to resolve incidents promptly in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience as IT Service Desk Analyst or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; can explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Handle incoming and outbound calls and emails to resolve end-user issues.
• Triage tickets and escalate to senior teams as needed.
• Manage user accounts and devices across modern platforms.
• Create and maintain client documentation; mentor junior team members.
