Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd in Queensland seeks a Hybrid Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service appliances and HVAC-related systems across households and locations. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and safety.

You will work in a dynamic service team with ongoing training, partnering with support and field operations to resolve issues and expand technical capabilities across product categories.

Formación

• Relevant appliance service, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, gas, plumbing, or technical trade qualification.
• Current licences, registrations, endorsements, or certifications relevant to the work undertaken.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while representing the Fisher & Paykel brand in customers' homes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test appliances and other supported products within training and licensing requirements.
• Explain diagnoses, recommendations, and repair outcomes to customers clearly and professionally.
• Use approved diagnostic tools and repair methods to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate job records, service documentation, and parts usage information.
• Manage van stock, tools, testing equipment, and company assets responsibly.
• Collaborate with technical support and service operations to resolve customer issues.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
