Job summary

Olympus is seeking a full-time Manager, Pricing, OAZ to join the Region Strategic Pricing team, based in Melbourne. You will lead pricing for Australia and New Zealand, partner with local leaders and APAC/Global teams to optimise competitiveness, value and profitability.

The role is hybrid with three days onsite and two days remote weekly, reporting to Senior Manager Pricing, APAC. You will drive governance, analytics and pricing capability across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Pricing or related commercial function.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with value-based pricing knowledge.
• Advanced analytics and problem-solving; ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management.
• Experience in multinational B2B environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy, optimisation and execution across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Business Unit leaders to influence commercial decisions, tenders and rebates.
• Deliver pricing analytics across margins, discounts, pricing leakage, contracts and performance.
• Own local pricing governance, ensuring policies, approval frameworks and guidelines are applied.
• Drive pricing excellence through improved methodologies, processes, automation and data quality, while strengthening pricing capability across the business.
