Job summary

Kerry Group Australia is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead ANZ to shape pricing strategy and protect margin across ANZ from Sydney. You will partner with commercial, procurement, operations and finance teams to drive sustainable growth and informed decisions.

Based in Sydney, you will collaborate with PMM and market pricing teams to identify risks, support pricing activity and lead the annual pricing renewal and related cost analyses, delivering timely pricing support to the sales organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or related field, with price leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify pricing risk and opportunity.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn financial data into practical insights.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across the ANZ market and technology portfolio.
• Review cost and pricing movements, monitor margin performance and lead improvement actions where needed.
• Work with procurement and operations to understand key cost movements and support mitigation or recovery plans.
• Deliver timely and accurate pricing support to the sales organisation in partnership with market pricing teams.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Manage the annual pricing renewal process, sales rebates process, and costing and pricing for new product opportunities.
• Support and coach the Pricing Specialist team in partnership with the PMM Lead.
