Olympus seeks a full-time Manager, Pricing, OAZ to join the Region Strategic Pricing team in Melbourne. This role leads pricing for Australia and New Zealand, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and BU leaders to optimise competitiveness, value and profitability.

Hybrid work arrangement: three days onsite and two days remote each week. You will drive pricing strategy, governance, analytics and process improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Pricing, Commercial/Finance or related function.
• Strong knowledge of value-based pricing, discounts and governance.
• Advanced analytics skills with ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Business Unit leaders to influence commercial decisions and tenders.
• Deliver pricing analytics across margins, discounts, leakage and contracts.
• Own local pricing governance, approval frameworks and guidelines.
• Drive pricing excellence through improved methods, processes and data quality.
