Job summary

Kleen Genie Pty is seeking an Operations Scheduler to become the operational engine of the business. You will centrally coordinate between customers, technicians and the workshop, managing schedules, communications and systems to keep daily operations on track.

The role requires experience in a trades environment, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle urgent bookings while maintaining high service levels. Some work-from-home days may be available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience scheduling in a trades or field service environment.
• Strong knowledge of Brisbane geography and ability to coordinate multiple technicians.
• Confident phone and email communication with customers and technicians.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling field technicians across Brisbane and coordinating with customers.
• Raising invoices and following up outstanding payments as needed.
• Maintaining accurate job documentation and quotes.
• Ordering workshop parts and keeping Fleetio updated.
• Coordinating technician weekly check-ins and preparing toolbox docs.
• Managing inductions, compliance tracking and performance records.
