Job summary

Sydney Water is hiring for a permanent, full‑time role based in Parramatta with a hybrid work option balancing office and home. You will coordinate metering services, support contract administration, and engage with contractors and customers to ensure safe, efficient delivery of essential infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes contract management, procurement processes, site inspections, and data-driven performance insights, with strong reliance on SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, project delivery, construction, maintenance or similar operations.
• Knowledge of contract administration, compliance, probity, audit and commercial requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customer enquiries and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.
• Experience coordinating work programs to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of metering and maintenance services, ensuring safety and alignment with requirements.
• Manage service requests, enquiries, and stakeholder issues with timely resolutions and high service standards.
• Support contract administration through reporting, payment claims, procurement activities and compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor works and support safe service delivery.
• Analyse operational and performance data to drive continuous improvement insights.
• Build relationships with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
