Core Talent is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead high quality commercial HVAC projects in Sydney. You will own a portfolio of refurb and fit-out works up to about $2.5M, collaborating with clients, consultants, builders and internal teams to ensure safe, commercial delivery and top standards.

This hands-on role suits a proactive PM who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and understands what it takes to deliver mechanical services projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical services projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong ability to manage programs, budgets, safety and client outcomes.
• Proven track record coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for project programs, budgets, quality, safety and client outcomes.
• Lead projects valued up to $2.5M and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting and cost control.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Work with site teams, engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading Sydney-based mechanical contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC projects across the Sydney market.

You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of refurb and fit-out projects up to circa $2.5M, working closely with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on project management role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and understands what it takes to successfully deliver mechanical services projects

As a HVAC Project Manager you will be:

• Taking full responsibility for project programs, budgets, quality, safety and client outcomes
• Leading projects valued up to $2.5M
• Coordinating with builders, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, scope and project documentation
• Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting and cost control
• Leading project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
• Working closely with site teams, engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery

For this role salary is circa $140-160K plus vehicle and super. There are opportunities for growth and progression within the business for those who want to further their career.
