Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for Adelaide to maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites. The role involves proactive and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and client liaison, with travel between sites and site coordination support.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and a current ARCtick licence, with strong diagnostic skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete service reports and job documentation

HVAC Technician | Adelaide

Commercial HVAC | Full-Time Permanent | Company Vehicle + Tools

Core Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Technician to join an established commercial maintenance business in Adelaide.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a qualified technician who enjoys variety in their day and is looking to work across a range of commercial sites and client environments. The role will involve a combination of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding. You’ll be working independently across different sites while having the support of a dedicated coordination team managing your schedule and client requirements.

The Opportunity

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial HVAC systems
• Attend breakdowns and complete fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
• Service and maintain a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Travel between commercial client sites across Adelaide and surrounding areas
• Complete service reports and job documentation
• Liaise directly with clients and provide a professional level of service
• Work alongside other technicians and contractors when required
• Participate in an after‑hours on‑call roster
• Overtime available and paid when required

About You

The client is looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with genuine commercial experience.

You will ideally have:

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
• Current ARCtick licence
• Previous commercial HVAC experience
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
• Full Australian driver's licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach

Commercial experience is essential for this position. Candidates with a predominantly residential background will not be suitable.
