Job summary

Workforce Extensions is seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Technician to join their Sydney service team. You will service, maintain, fault-find and repair commercial HVAC systems across premium sites.

A full-time role with a competitive hourly rate and benefits, including a company vehicle and career development, awaits the right candidate. The successful applicant will hold a Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, have strong diagnostic skills, and be able to work independently

About the role

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems across a diverse range of high-quality client sites.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Commercial HVAC servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Fault-finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing

• Attending client sites and providing professional technical support

• Maintaining accurate service records

• Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Working independently while contributing to a close-knit service team

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC technician who takes pride in their workmanship and is confident dealing with both technical challenges and clients.

You will ideally have:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

• Proven HVAC / Air Conditioning Technician experience

• Strong commercial HVAC experience

• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Current Driver Licence

• White Card / WHS Card

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

Daikin experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Technicians located within a reasonable commuting distance of Sutherland Shire / Southern Sydney are highly regarded.
