Job summary

Precise Air Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced HVAC Account Manager to lead a multidisciplinary service team, manage key client relationships, and deliver safe, efficient services aligned with contractual obligations.

Reporting to the General Manager VIC/TAS, you will drive performance, growth opportunities, and continuous improvement while balancing technical and commercial outcomes in a dynamic commercial HVAC portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading service, operations, facilities management or technical service teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale service contracts and customer portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, reporting and service delivery outcomes.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Service Managers, Team Leaders, Schedulers, Administrators and Technicians.
• Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point for operational matters.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, legislative and compliance requirements.
• Drive service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, minor works and business growth.
• Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, development and customer outcomes.
• Partner closely with Facilities Management clients to deliver long-term value and trusted service.
