• Proven experience in HVAC service leadership roles.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and service operations.
• Experience leading and developing service teams.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to bring on new contracts and grow existing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC service division.
• Lead, develop and grow the existing team of technicians and apprentices.
• Manage key service and maintenance contracts across Sydney and Newcastle.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and service contracts.
• Oversee projects and minor works opportunities from the client base.
