Job summary

Precise is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our Operations team in Australia. You will lead day-to-day operations of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and customer expectations.

You will focus on workforce planning, rostering and scheduling to maximise productivity, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across a national organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience within HVAC or similar technical service environments.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong planning, scheduling and workforce management skills.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to obtain Police Check/Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high service delivery.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and scheduling to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure work orders are completed, managed and closed within contractual SLAs.
• Monitor team performance against key operational and customer service KPIs.
• Support and drive operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with service coordination and admin teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Review operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and customer focus across the team.
