Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to own service delivery for its Queensland operations. You will lead the field team, including team leaders, technicians and subcontractors, with a dedicated coordination and admin support team behind you.

This is a commercially minded leadership role focused on on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting SLAs and compliance. You will drive preventative maintenance, manage costs, track KPIs, and maintain strong customer relationships as the senior

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in KPI-driven environments.
• Proven ability to manage compliance-driven service delivery on critical equipment.
• Cost control experience with P&L accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team with rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Own customer relationships as senior point of contact.
• Drive preventative maintenance and compliance on critical assets.
• Manage defect identification, quoting, and resolution.
• Keep work orders moving and close within contractual timeframes.
• Manage service delivery costs and contribute to P&L.
• Track KPIs and use reporting to spot trends.
• Collaborate with coordination and admin staff to keep delivery seamless.
• Champion safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
