The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with strong commercial acumen, budget management, and a proven track record of improving operational performance while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role in HVAC or building services.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget management.
• Experience running service operations across multiple functions.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to health, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing service team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing day-to-day service operations, resource allocation, scheduling and service delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing escalations.
• Managing departmental budgets, monitoring financial performance and driving profitability.
• Championing workplace health and safety and ensuring regulatory compliance.
