Job summary

• Experience in a customer service based role.
• Exposure to the service industry is a plus.
• Confident with in-house systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration: scheduling work, client calls and purchase orders.
• Maintain client portals, generate invoicing and work orders to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate subcontractor administration and monthly reporting.
• Handle inbound calls from clients and technicians.
