Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group in Darwin is seeking a Service Manager - HVAC to lead the HVAC service team and drive service excellence for a diverse client base. You will own budgeting, resource planning and strategic advice, while ensuring high client satisfaction and compliant service delivery.

You will mentor team members, develop KPIs, and act as the technical expert to optimise outcomes. This role requires a proactive leader with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Service Management role with financial responsibility.
• Strong budgeting and financial skills.
• Proven client relationship management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC service teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Effectively manage HVAC operations and resourcing.
• Provide strategic operational advice including asset capital expenditure, pricing/estimating HVAC maintenance opportunities, and developing tailored customer budgets.
