Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group is seeking a Service Coordinator - HVAC to join our Moorebank team. You will manage daily administration activities, schedule work, coordinate client calls and purchase orders, and help generate work orders to meet client KPIs.

Based in Moorebank with weekly attendance at our Sydney CBD office, you will liaise with clients and technicians, support subcontractor administration, and contribute to monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service based role.
• Exposure to the service industry is a plus but not essential.
• Confident with technology and in-house systems (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn with excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive customer-focused approach.
• Graduates encouraged to apply with suitable training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration activities (scheduling work, client calls, purchase orders).
• Maintain client portals, generate invoices and work orders to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate subcontractor administration and support monthly reporting.
• Handle inbound calls from clients and technicians.
