Grosvenor Engineering Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead HVAC service teams, optimise operations, and drive financial performance. You will develop budgets, advise on asset expenditures and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and strong service levels.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and a focus on delivering tangible client outcomes across our service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in a relevant field.
• Current Driver's Licence and WH&S General Induction Card.
• 10+ years' experience in a Service Management role with financial responsibility.
• Strong business/commercial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Proven client relationship management experience and leadership ability.
• Strong planning, organisational skills and proficiency with software/apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC service teams to meet operational requirements.
• Effectively manage HVAC operations and resourcing.
• Provide strategic operational advice including asset capital expenditure and budgeting.
• Identify new business opportunities and support tender evaluations.
• Liaise with customers to meet/exceed service levels.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues and develop optimised solutions.
• Provide leadership and coaching to empower employees in commercial decisions.
• Deliver thought leadership and KPI development for the team.
