San Miguel Yamamura Australasia (SMYA) is seeking a Business Development Manager for JMP Retail to drive new packaging solutions sales across ANZ. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a 70% new business and 30% account growth target.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with focus on new business growth.
• Experience in retail packaging, food packaging, or packaging solutions preferred.
• Experience selling into major retail, FMCG, or manufacturing accounts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business in Retail Packaging Solutions.
• Convert leads into profitable, long-term accounts.
• End-to-end sales management from supplier liaison to proposal and delivery.
