Job summary

Scope (Aust) in Sydney is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Packaging Solutions business and create meaningful opportunities for people with disability. You will secure new customers and deepen partnerships while delivering packaging solutions that meet client needs.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build a healthy sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and negotiate sustainable commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

• Negotiate sustainable commercial agreements.
