Europcar Mobility Group Australia is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support managers and staff across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of HR matters and help drive the HR plan in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting managers and employees across Australia and New Zealand, providing expert advice on a wide range of HR matters.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Executing the annual HR plan and contributing to the delivery of the broader HR vision and strategy
• Delivering high-quality support and advice to managers and employees on a range of HR topics including performance, conduct, and employee relations
• Supporting the development and capability of line and functional managers to help achieve business objectives
• Providing general administration support to both the HR and Payroll functions
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning
• Leading or contributing to various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
