Europcar Australia is seeking a dedicated Fleet Support Coordinator to join our Fleet team at our Head Office in Tullamarine, Victoria. This full-time role focuses on remarketing, fleet registration, and key administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly.

You will work in a hybrid setup with ongoing training, staff discounts, and a collaborative, energetic team culture. This position offers growth within a global mobility group and access to our extensive fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet/administration is highly desirable.
• Background in car rental/travel and tourism industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administering wreck sales, salvage liaison, and vehicle reconciliation.
• Managing vehicle key logistics and conducting annual audits.
• Coordinating vehicle registration and compliance processes.
• Overseeing staff vehicle and fuel card management.
• Supporting roadside assistance tasks and cost allocations.
• Processing stolen/recovered vehicle documentation.
• Managing vehicle blocks/unblocks and registration tracking.
• Loading equipment for AU/NZ fleets.
• Assisting with lease/dealer relationships and procurement activities.
• Handling purchase orders, invoice processing, and end-of-life costs.
• Maintaining accuracy across fleet systems.
• Supporting and assisting other areas of the Fleet Department.

To be considered, you should possess:

• Previous experience in fleet / administration is highly desirable




• Background in car rental / travel and tourism industry

• Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels




• Well organised and great attention to detail
