Airbus in Australia Pacific is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Brisbane team on a permanent part-time basis (2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day). You will work with two HR Coordinators supporting teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Manager HR Operations, you’ll be a key touchpoint for leaders and employees, handling inquiries, coordinating workflows, and assisting senior HR Business Partners across a broad range of people activities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in an HR Officer or HR Administration role.
• Experience interpreting HR policy and procedure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships within a team.

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane on a permanent part-time basis (2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day). You will be working side-by-side with two incredible HR Coordinators who support our passionate, growing teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Manager HR Operations, you'll be an essential touchpoint for leaders and employees across the business. You'll help keep our HR engine running smoothly by answering inquiries, coordinating key operational workflows, and supporting our Senior HR Business Partners across a wide variety of people activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as a helpful, accurate first point of contact for employee and leader HR inquiries, helping everyone navigate our processes and policies with ease.
• Preparing and issuing offer letters, contract variations, and maintaining accurate employee records across our systems with great attention to detail.
• Actioning and escalating administrative tasks to keep daily operational workflows seamless.
• Pitching in on key HR operational projects and supporting process improvements across the business.
• Advocating for a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture while living the Airbus Values every day.

About You

You thrive in a collaborative environment, love helping people, and take pride in doing thorough, accurate work. You bring a warm, customer-focused approach and know how to keep your cool when priorities shift.

To be successful in this role, you'll likely bring:

• At least 2 years in an HR Officer or HR Administration role.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field (desirable).
• Experience assisting employees and leaders with HR policy and procedure interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a proven ability to build strong working relationships within a supportive team.
• Strong organizational skills, a high level of integrity, and a proactive "safety first" mindset.
