Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Australia is seeking an HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. You will support managers and employees across Australia and New Zealand with expert advice on a wide range of HR matters.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll contribute to the delivery of the annual HR plan, lead initiatives, and help develop line managers. A proactive, collaborative approach and experience with Workday are highly valued. This role offers hybrid work and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisory or generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the business.
• Experience with Workday is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees across AU/NZ.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Deliver high-quality HR support on performance, conduct and employee relations.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data (Workday).
