Job summary

Bryant Building Contractors is expanding into the Northern Rivers region of NSW and seeks an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support growth and project delivery. You will work with project teams to implement and manage health, safety, environmental and quality requirements across sites, providing practical guidance, audits and continuous improvement.

You will promote a positive HSEQ culture, liaise with managers, supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with Bryant’s Integrated

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in building/construction HSEQ roles.
• Sound knowledge of WHS, env regs and NSW codes of practice.
• Experience with quality, environmental and safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management system implementation across sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections for HSEQ compliance.
• Assist risk assessments and implement controls.
• Review SWMS and monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate incident reporting and investigations.
• Maintain HSEQ records and reporting.
