University of New England in Armidale is seeking a Business Systems Improvement Analyst (HR) to coordinate the design, configuration and maintenance of UNE’s core HR systems. You will work with system owners to continuously improve processes to meet HR and service management needs while supporting upgrades and efficiency initiatives.

You should have experience configuring enterprise HR systems, strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills, and a relevant IT qualification.

Competenze

• Experience supporting and configuring enterprise HR systems.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and clear documentation.
• Experience in higher education environment, especially HR systems, is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Coordinate design, configuration, documentation and maintenance of UNE's core HR systems.
