University of New South Wales is seeking a Lead Business Analyst – HR Solutions to drive the strategy and delivery of HR technology solutions across the university. You will lead a team of Business and Functional Analysts, shaping how HR systems are designed and implemented to support strategic objectives.

You will oversee analysis, design and continuous improvement of complex HR technology, including Oracle Fusion HCM.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams delivering HR technology solutions.
• Deep experience with enterprise HR platforms and integration, reporting and data landscapes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis, design and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
• Translate requirements into practical, scalable HR tech solutions across projects and operations.
