Western Sydney University seeks a HR Systems Lead to manage and optimise its HRIS platforms across campuses. You will ensure secure, reliable and user-friendly systems that support HR processes and a positive employee experience.

You will coordinate configuration, testing, upgrades and integrations while partnering with HR, IT and external vendors to deliver enhancements and governance, documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing HR information systems in a large organisation.
• Proven capability in HRIS configuration, upgrades and testing.
• Strong governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
