Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to lead design, configuration and continuous improvement of HR systems such as PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions, drive process enhancements and provide expert functional support across projects.

This 24-month fixed-term role is based at the Kensington campus with hybrid flexibility (2-3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years IT experience with progressive responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM in a large organisation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and HR systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and continuous improvement of HR systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions across PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion.
• Provide advanced functional support, manage testing and releases.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to enable change and adoption.
