You will partner with business and IT teams, provide specialist advice, and drive sound solutions that align with university objectives.

The role requires extensive BA experience, certifications in modelling notations, and strong leadership with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Architect and yEd tools.
• Experience with E/R diagramming, UML and BPMN.
• Ability to develop executable prototypes.
• Strong consultation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Budgeting and resource allocation knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business analysis activities across HR technology projects and operational initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements, processes and solution needs.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery activities with appropriate modelling techniques.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Business Analysts and support capability development.
• Manage risks and issues; ensure requirements align to business objectives.
