Job summary

Spotlight Group Holdings in Melbourne (VIC) is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to support Dayforce HRIS, payroll, and workforce management. The role involves maintenance, data accuracy, and first-line system support while contributing to documentation and reporting.

You will work in a hybrid environment with a competitive salary package, including super, profit share and team discounts across Spotlight brands. The South Melbourne office is located centrally for easy access.

Qualifications

• Some exposure to HR, payroll or administrative systems is desirable.
• Experience with Dayforce is highly desirable for HRIS roles.
• Experience with PageUp or similar recruitment systems is beneficial.
• Basic Excel or reporting capability and a willingness to learn system configuration concepts.
• Excellent communication and a strong service orientation are important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Dayforce HRIS including organisation structure changes, job changes and employee data upkeep.
• Ensure data accuracy across the HRIS, identify and correct inconsistencies, and support audits.
• Provide first-line support for HRIS queries and recruitment or learning system issues.
• Follow SOPs for system changes and contribute to process documentation.
• Assist with reporting and data extracts for business or audit requirements.
