Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking a People Systems Specialist to support Dayforce HCM and other people systems. You will report to the People Systems Lead and help administer, maintain and improve HRIS and payroll processes to ensure accurate, secure data and efficient employee lifecycle management.

The role operates in a hybrid model from Box Hill area, with opportunities to collaborate across Payroll, Technology and HR teams, contributing to the charity’s mission and values while

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HRIS platforms and payroll processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line triage and user support for People Systems; resolve inquiries where possible and escalate complex issues.
• Investigate and document system issues; coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for end users; provide clear guidance and support.
• Assist with administration, maintenance and configuration of Dayforce and other People Systems.
• Support testing, upgrades and implementation of approved changes to systems.
