Job summary

Alfred Health is seeking an Employee Connect Officer to join the Payroll Services team at the Moorabbin office. You will deliver transactional HR services, handle onboarding, transfers, and contract changes, and respond to payroll and HR queries from internal customers.

The role emphasizes high-volume service, strong communication, and teamwork, with SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred and access to excellent onsite facilities at the Moorabbin site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll and HR-related processes is desirable.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to change.
• High-volume customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, internal transfers, and contract variations.
• Handle staff queries via calls and emails in Payroll/HR.
• Utilise multiple systems to complete tasks accurately.
• Ensure timely updates to policies and processes.
